"EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT , HOWEVER I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE CARPETING IN THE ROOMS A LITTLE CLEANER AS THEY WERE A LITTLE STAINED AND DIRTY, THE HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK STAFF IN PARTICULAR, THE BELL BOYS AND RESTAURANT STAFF WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY, I WILL BE STAYING AT UR HOTEL AGAIN IN THE FUTURE AND WILL ALSO RECOMMEND TO OTHER COLLEAGUES AT AIR CANADA IN TORONTO AS THIS IS MY COMPANY I WORK FOR. THANKS FOR A NICE STAY AT UR HOTEL."
